JD for the Scrum Master role :- We are looking forScrum Master candidate to fill a role on our Preference Management and Member Delegate Teams. Platform specific knowledge is not required but would be helpful. We need someone who can lead a team, hold team members accountable and provide structure that helps with delivery. As you know, our Release process is very extensive and while we realize there will be ramp up period to learn all the nuances, this person will eventually own this process and need to guide the teams through it
Job Description:

·Min 15+ years of experience
·Healthcare Background Mandatory andHighly preferred candidate who is currently in Healthcare Space
·Min 5 years lead experience (10+ member team leading experience.)
·FacilitateScrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
·Coach and mentor teams onAgile and Scrum best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure awell-defined and prioritized product backlog
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinatesoftware releases across multiple environments.
  • Maintain arelease calendar and align release plans with business priorities.
  • Coordinate withDevelopment, QA, DevOps, Product, and Operations teams to ensure release readiness
  • Strong understanding ofAgile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Certifications preferred:Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI-ACP or Agile certifications
