Scrum Master – NYC, NY

Location: New York City, NY — Local Candidates Only
Visa:USC Only
Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Onsite as required
Experience: 7+ years preferred

Required Skills:

Strong experience as aScrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
Strong knowledge ofAgile, Scrum, Kanban and SDLC
Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
StrongJira & Confluence experience
Backlog refinement and dependency management
Remove impediments and manage delivery risks
Strong stakeholder and executive communication
Experience working with cross-functional technology teams
Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets experience preferred
CSM / PSM / SAFe certification is a plus

Candidate Requirements:
