Scrum Master – Job Description

Experience – 8+ years.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective.

Manage team delivery, dependencies, risks, impediments, and blockers.
Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
Ensure Agile practices are followed and drive continuous improvement.
Track sprint progress, delivery commitments, and Agile metrics.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding ofSDLC and software application architecture.
Understanding of.NET framework concepts and application structure.
Exposure and understanding to React applications andMicro Frontend architecture
Awareness and understanding ofdesign patterns
Understanding ofcloud frameworks, cloud concepts, and cloud-based applications, with focus on Azure and GCP
Basic understanding ofCI/CD, source control, build, testing, and deployment.
Understanding ofDEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Familiarity withJira, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker and similar tools.

Key Skills

Strong communication and facilitation.
Team coordination and stakeholder management.
Risk, dependency, and impediment management.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Agile mindset and continuous improvement.
