Position Overview:

UST is hiring for Scrum Master with strong experience from Automation Background.

Key responsibilities:

•Drive program schedules, analysis, and planning including interdependencies, staffing constraints, and schedule optimization across multiple tech teams and customers.

•Drive automotive firmware project implementations by a set of deadlines to achieve business objectives (customer schedule, project cost, product margin and quality).

•Establish a clear Plan of Record commitment and drive prioritization. Collaborate with all the functional groups to profile and guarantee required resources for each phase of the program/project development.

•Apply consistency and best practices through program initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, enabling business outcomes and benefits tracking.

•Collaborate with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop program goals, set the prioritization of deliverables, discuss involvement of business processes (e.g., program change management, communication), and drive decisions necessary for on-time delivery.

•Strong technical understanding of SW deliverables and risk management/risk mitigation.

•Establish rigorous execution discipline & communication process: risk management, mitigation, tracking, recovery actions, executive reporting & stakeholder communication.

Additional responsibilities:

•Manage one to many scrum teams with Agile principles & practices.

•Develop and manage the execution of program Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on budget, quality, scope) for multiple programs including schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, efficient communication, scope, and prioritization.

•Establish key program metrics and ensure program success.

•Drive teams to identify program issues/risks and create a risk mitigation plan for multiple program(s).

Preferred Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, or related field.

•Proven experience in Project Management/Scrum Master role and overall relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry – preference for experience in automotive SW development lifecycle.

•8-12 years Program Management experience or related work experience.

•5+ years’ experience with agile program management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

•Good Program Management skills and experience in managing complex technical projects - PMI/PMP, Agile/Scrum certification desirable but not mandatory.

•ISO26262, ISO21434, ASPICE, Agile-Scrum knowledge

•Working knowledge of SAFe Agile practices
