Location: Fully Remote

Role Overview

HCL is seeking experiencedScrum Leaders to supportMayo Clinic's Center for Digital Health. This role will focus on delivering high-quality digital healthcare solutions by driving agile practices, coaching teams, and ensuring effective sprint execution across multiple scrum teams.

The Scrum Leader will work closely withProduct Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and Experience Design teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products that improve patient and provider experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• FacilitateScrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Coach teams onAgile and Scrum principles to achieve high performance

• Drive sprint execution usingAzure DevOps (ADO) including backlog management, sprint tracking, and burndown charts

• Developuser stories from high-level epics and support backlog refinement

• Identify and removeteam impediments and support continuous improvement

• Enable team self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery excellence

• Partner withProduct Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and Designers to ensure successful releases

• Support agile transformation and improve enterprise agile maturity

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert inMicrosoft Azure DevOps (ADO) – sprint management, burndown charts, reporting

• Expert in writingUser Stories from Epics

• Strong experience inSAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

• 4+ years of experience inScrum / Agile leadership

• Strong knowledge ofScrum, SDLC, story estimation, velocity, retrospectives, and refinement

• Excellentcommunication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working inhealthcare environments (hospitals, clinics, regulated systems)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/orSAFe Scrum Master certification – strongly preferred

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with4+ years of relevant experience
