Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedScrum Leader with a strong background in Agile methodologies and healthcare environments. This role will support a large-scale cloud modernization initiative, working within aScaled Agile (SAFe) framework to drive delivery excellence across multiple teams.

Project Overview

This is anurgent backfill role supporting a multi-yearCloud Services and Hybrid Multi-Cloud transformation program. The initiative enables enterprise-wide cloud adoption through coordinated delivery, resources, and processes.

The program operates usingScaled Agile (SAFe) with anAgile Release Train (ART) consisting of multiple teams. The Scrum Leader will collaborate closely with:

• Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Product Owners
• Product Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Manage and track work using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Create and maintain burndown charts and sprint metrics
• Develop detailed user stories from high-level epics
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with SAFe framework and ART processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive delivery

Required Skills

• Strong expertise inUser Story creation and backlog management
• Hands-on experience withAzure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience working withinSAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Strong knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience inhealthcare environments (hospitals/clinics)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master certification
• Experience in large-scale enterprise Agile transformations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
