WhatYou'llBeDoing

AstheProjectManager,you'llleadthesuccessfuldeliveryofBMSandIBMSprojectsfrominitiationthroughtocompletionby:

• Managingthefullprojectlifecycle,includingdesign,engineering,procurement,installation,commissioning,andhandover

• Leadingmulti-disciplinaryteamstoachieveprojectmilestones,financialtargets,andcustomeroutcomes

• Buildingstrongrelationshipswithclients,consultants,contractors,andinternalstakeholders

• Managingprojectbudgets,forecasting,schedules,resources,andcontractdeliverables

• OverseeingFAT,SAT,commissioningactivities,systemoptimisation,andtechnicalhandovers

• Ensuringcompliancewithcustomerspecifications,qualitystandards,andregulatoryrequirements

• Drivingprojectsafetyperformanceandmaintainingastrongsafety-firstculture

• Preparingprojectdocumentation,reports,riskassessments,andQAdeliverables

• Identifyingopportunitiestoimprovestandardisation,efficiency,anddeliveryexcellence

• Actingasatrustedtechnicaladvisorthroughouttheprojectlifecycle

We'relookingforsomeonewithprovenexperiencedeliveringBuildingAutomationandControlsprojectswhoenjoysboththetechnicalandcommercialaspectsofprojectmanagement.

Youwillideallyhave:

• Electrical,HVAC,Controls,Automation,orEngineeringqualifications

• DemonstratedexperiencedeliveringBMS,BAS,orIBMSprojectswithincommercialbuildings,healthcare,industrial,education,orcriticalinfrastructureenvironments

• StrongknowledgeofBuildingAutomationSystems,controlsarchitecture,andsystemintegration

• ExperiencewithHVACplant,includingchillers,boilers,AHUs,andenergyoptimisationstrategies

• Knowledgeofnetworking,ITinfrastructure,BACnet,Modbus,andotherbuildingsystemscommunicationprotocols

• ExperienceleadingFAT,SAT,commissioning,andbuildingtuningactivities

• Strongcommercialacumenwithexperiencemanagingbudgets,profitability,andprojectrisks

• Excellentstakeholdermanagementandcustomerengagementskills

• Aproactive,solutions-focusedapproachandcommitmenttodeliveringexceptionalcustomeroutcomes
