This role involves leading Oracle SCM solution design and implementation, managing Oracle modules, providing technical leadership, supporting applications, and managing projects and teams. The candidate must possess strong technical and functional skills in Oracle technologies and have experience in supply chain management and manufacturing operations.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM solution design and implementation initiatives.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution recommendations.
• Define scalable architecture for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM environments.
• Drive global rollout, cutover planning, change management, and post-go-live support activities.
• Provide strategic guidance to business stakeholders on Supply Chain and Manufacturing best practices.

• Manage and support Oracle modules including Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Manufacturing (MFG), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), E-Business Tax (EBTax).

• Design and develop RICEW components: Reports, Interfaces (Inbound & Outbound), Conversions, Extensions, Workflows.
• Develop solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, XML Publisher / BI Publisher, SQL*Loader, UTL_FILE, Oracle Workflow, Shell Scripting.
• Lead integration projects involving Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, and third-party applications.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS and Fusion applications.
• Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes following ITIL standards.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Monitor concurrent programs, workflows, interfaces, and custom applications to ensure system stability.
• Maintain SLA compliance and service performance metrics.

• Lead global teams across multiple geographies.
• Prepare project plans, cutover plans, deployment strategies, and resource estimates.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and Oracle Support.
• Mentor functional and technical consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Drive governance, quality assurance, and documentation standards following AIM/OUM methodologies.
