Scientist II, Analytics & MetrologyJob Description:
The Role:Â
- Perform day to day on wafer testing to support Entegris application and R&D requests.Â
- Support Global R&D and Apps team for WEC/Litho applications Filtration/Purification products in on-wafer analyses. Â
- Apply and support develop advanced on-wafer testing method.  Â
- Locate in Entegris Taiwan Technology Center in Zhudong, Hsinchu.Â
In this role you will:Â
- Conduct day to day operation using on-wafer tools as well as maintain up-time of the on-wafer tool. Â
- Work closely with other metrology team members and combine organic, metal, and particle results to understand whole picture of product performance. Â
- Ensure safety while handling some of the most hazardous chemistries such as IPA, H2SO4, TMAH used in semi-industryÂ
- Deliver accurate, repeatable and reproducible on wafer testing results to global R&D and Apps team to expedite new product development cycle, improve product stability/performance, and improve productivity.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:Â
- Experiences in lab/fab environment is a plus.Â
- Willing to learn 300mm wafer wet/lithography process and hardware is a must.Â
- Flexibility to work rotating day and evening shifts is a plus.(9:00-18:00 / 15:00-24:00)Â
- Willing to carry and move heavy objects (up to 24kg Pails or 200L drums) with appropriate PPE/handling equipment is a must.Â
- Experiences handling highly hazardous chemicals, such as HF, H2SO4, TMAHÂ is highly preferred.Â
- Proficient English conversation skill is a plus.Â
- Experiences as a fab Equipment/Process engineer is highly preferred.Â
- Demonstrates strong curiosity and a passion for exploring unknown challenges is a plus.Â
- Experiences in lithography track tool (TEL Pro Z/V, ACT12, SCREEN Sokudo, etc) is a plus. Â
- Experiences in wet clean tool (SCREEN SU3100/3200/3300, etc) is a plus.Â
- Experiences in defect inspection/review tool (KLA Surfscan series/eDR7000 series, AMAT SEMVision series, etc) is a plus. Â
- Experiences in various 300mm wafer process tool is a plus.Â
- Knowledge in various metrology techniques is a plus.Â

Education / Experience:Â
- BS/MS Degree of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science.Â
- Over 1 year working experience as an Equipment engineer, process engineer, FSE/FAE/RD engineerÂ
