Scheduler/Med Manager

The Scheduler / Medication Manager is responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate staffing schedules while also providing safe and timely medication management services to assisted living residents. This position requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
The Scheduler / Medication Manager plays an important role in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and supporting the safe delivery of resident care. The employee is expected to demonstrate accountability, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to resident safety and quality of life.
 

Qualifications

• Medication Manager Certificate.
• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Functional literacy in English.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Aide is required.
• Must meet all applicable requirements to perform Medication Manager duties in an assisted living setting.
