Customer Service Representative – Front Desk (FT)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at San Carlos Flight Center.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Dispatching flights
• Checking-in and invoicing flights
• Tracking flight hours
• General office work and support
• Welcoming and signing-up new members
• Keeping front desk area clean and organized
• Effectively communicating with other staff

Requirements:

• Competency in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
• Basic math skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Multi-tasking ability, common sense, and alertness
• Proactive issue detection, resolution, and escalation
• Aviation experience preferred
• Able to live and work in the United States
• Able to commute to San Carlos for work 5 days a week

Work Hours and Schedule:

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

• $25/hour
