Job Summary**

Join Hitachi, Ltd. as an SBX_CSS Poland Intern to gain hands-on experience in customer support within a global technology leader. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our customer success initiatives and develop valuable professional skills.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist the Customer Success team with daily operational tasks and support activities.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide initial troubleshooting for SBX (Specific Business X) products/services.
* Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex technical problems and follow up on solutions.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
* Participate in internal training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
* Support data analysis related to customer satisfaction and service performance.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Polish is highly desirable.
* Basic understanding of IT systems and software applications.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Prior experience in customer service or support roles (even volunteer) is a plus.
