• $11/hour + bonuses for team members working 25+ hours per week

What You'll Do

• Conduct phone surveys with clients, family members, and caregivers
• Accurately document survey responses
• Help organizations improve care and employee experiences
• Create positive interactions with every participant

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Reliable attendance
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Language Skills

• Clear and effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish and English or Russian and English, are strongly encouraged to apply and are highly valued.
