A&PS Sales（アドバイザリー＆プロフェッショナルサービス営業）は、お客様のビジネス課題の解決から成果創出までを支援するソリューション営業です。クラウドやDXに加え、AI活用やデータドリブン経営が急速に進展する中、企業のITプラットフォームに関する課題は一層高度化・複雑化しています。こうした環境において、A&PS Salesはエッジからクラウドに至るまでの統合的な専門知識と実績を活かし、最適な戦略策定から設計・構築、さらには運用最適化および継続的な価値創出までを一貫して支援します。

HPEの事業戦略を遂行するうえで、サービス部門の役割はますます重要になっています。
特に、AIやハイブリッドクラウドの活用が進む中で、お客様の課題は高度化・複雑化しており、従来の製品中心の提案に加え、ビジネス成果の創出までを見据えたコンサルティブなアプローチが求められています。

こうした環境においては、顧客のビジネス課題に深く入り込み、戦略策定から設計・実装、さらには運用最適化と継続的な価値創出まで一貫してリードすることが重要です。そのため、サービスを軸とした提案力および顧客対応力の強化を目的に営業体制の拡充を進めており、今回の募集に至っています。

【職務内容】

都内を中心とした顧客に対し、HPEのサービスを軸としたソリューション営業を担当します。
アカウント営業や他部署の営業、プリセールスエンジニア、デリバリーエンジニアと密に連携しながら、顧客のビジネス課題やニーズを深く理解し、AI・データ活用・ハイブリッドクラウド（HPE GreenLake）、ネットワーキング技術などを活用し最適な提案を行います。また、既存顧客の深耕および新規ビジネスの開拓を通じて、HPEのサービスビジネスの拡大をリードします。アドバイザリーによる戦略立案から設計・導入、さらには運用最適化および継続的な価値創出までを一貫して支援し、顧客のビジネス成果に直結する価値提供を推進します。

・決まった製品やサービスを単に販売するのではなく、顧客のビジネス課題やニーズを深く理解し、技術部門と連携しながら最適なソリューションを企画・提案します。AI・データ活用やハイブリッドクラウドといった先進技術を組み合わせ、顧客ごとに最適なアーキテクチャを設計するコンサルティブな営業活動が求められます。これらの活動を通じて、アドバイザリーによる戦略策定から設計・導入、運用最適化、さらには継続的な価値創出に至るまで、ソリューションビジネスのライフサイクル全体をマネジメントする経験を積むことができます。

・グローバルから展開される最新のAI、クラウド、データ、ネットワーキング技術に日常的に触れることで、エッジからクラウドに至る幅広い領域における高度な知識とスキルを習得できます。

・大手企業を中心とした顧客の経営層や意思決定層と直接関わる機会も多く、企業のDXやAI活用を支援する中で、質の高いビジネスネットワークを構築することが可能です。

【必須要件】

・ITインフラ、クラウド、または関連領域におけるソリューション営業経験を有する方

・顧客と信頼関係を構築できる、コミュニケーション能力を有する方

・顧客ニーズを的確に把握し、課題の本質を捉えたうえで、解決に向けた提案を主体的に行えるコンサルティブな志向を持つ方

・仮想化、クラウド、セキュリティをはじめとするITインフラ全般の基礎知識を有し、AI・データ活用など新しい技術領域にも積極的にキャッチアップできる方

・他部署の営業、技術部門、パートナー企業など多様なステークホルダーと連携し、利害関係を調整しながら案件を主体的に推進できる方

・複雑な課題や調整が求められる状況においても、粘り強く取り組み、最後までやり遂げる実行力を有する方

・最新技術や市場トレンドに高い関心を持ち、自ら継続的に学びながら、顧客への価値提供に結び付けられる成長志向のある方
