SAP Test Management

• Lead cross-functional teams for UAT or support other UAT PMs
• Collaborate with Global UAT Manager, Regional PMs, and IS&T teams to develop realistic UAT plans
• Present UAT procedures to Business and Project stakeholders
• Create detailed UAT project plans for preparation and execution
• Drive UAT planning meetings and activities
• Facilitate scenario gathering, script writing, master data availability, and environment readiness
• Communicate system impacts that affect UAT schedules
• Coordinate with PM to ensure Business updates UAT scripts correctly
• Set up the test tracking tool for each UAT cycle
• Ensure test environments and data setups are ready for execution
• Provide comprehensive UAT status reporting (for major projects)
• Host triage calls across regions, functions, and IT teams
• Manage escalation of issues with IS&T and Business teams to avoid testing delays
• Report progress and issues to the project team and leadership
• Drive root cause analysis across multiple systems
• Coordinate system updates and workarounds with PM and IS&T
• Ensure timely completion of UAT cycles
• Build strong working relationships across regional and global teams
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
• Understand and analyze business processes and data related to project scope
• Develop strong understanding of business models, service models, IS&T, and MDM processes
• Develop automation solutions where applicable

• Functional Testing experience

• End-to-End Test Management, including:

  • Test Preparation & Planning

  • Test Execution

  • Test Reporting

  • Cutover Support

• Ability to create all Test Deliverables, such as:

  • Test Plan

  • Test Strategy

  • E2E Test Scripts

  • Test Data Identification & Preparation

• Experience driving E2E UAT Preparation, Planning & Execution

• Strong Defect Management skills, including troubleshooting & resolution support

• Excellent Stakeholder Management (Business, IT Teams, Project Managers)

• SAP Testing background

• Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools

Good-to-Have Skillset

• Experience with Test Automation

• Understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics processes

Project Management Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers to understand scope and testable functionality

• Use analytical skills to investigate and resolve UAT issues

• Apply expertise in QE processes, tools, and metrics

Technical Requirements

• SAP UI knowledge

• Exposure to Test Automation

• Hands-on experience leading E2E Testing processes

• (Nice to have) Supply Chain and Logistics domain knowledge
