SAP Technical Specialist

We are seeking an experiencedSAP Technical Specialist to support enterprise SAP systems and lead technical readiness for an upcomingS/4HANA migration. This role combinestechnical leadership, development oversight, and integration management, with a strong focus on aligning technology solutions to complex business processes in a global environment.

The position requires close collaboration withonsite business teams to ensure seamless integration across systems and effective delivery of mission-critical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as atechnical SME for SAP ABAP, architecture, and solution design
• DriveS/4HANA migration readiness, including custom code remediation and optimization
• Design, develop, and supportintegrations between SAP and non-ERP systems (APIs, IDocs, RFCs, middleware)
• Work closely with business stakeholders onsite totranslate functional needs into scalable technical solutions
• Leadbusiness integration efforts, ensuring consistent and reliable data flow across systems
• Enable backend services forFiori applications using OData services
• Ensure adherence toenterprise standards, governance, and change management processes
• Support testing cycles, defect resolution, and post-migration stabilization

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience inSAP ABAP and technical design
• Experience inS/4HANA migration or system transformation initiatives
• Strong expertise inSAP integrations with external systems
• Exposure toFiori and OData services
• Proven ability to work closely withbusiness stakeholders in a global/onsite environment
