Job Title: SAP System Administrator
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description
Seeking an experienced SAP System Administrator to manage enterprise SAP HANA databases and SAP Basis environments. The role involves database administration, system performance, upgrades, production support, and migration to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
 
Responsibilities
  • Administer and support SAP HANA databases across production and non-production environments.
  • Perform SAP HANA installation, configuration, patching, performance tuning, backup, recovery, and System Replication.
  • Manage SAP NetWeaver Basis administration across ABAP and Java stacks.
  • Coordinate SAP kernel updates, support packages, system refreshes, and system copies.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform daily system checks.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and manage incidents through SAP Solution Manager.
  • Support SAP landscape migrations and upgrades to SAP NS2 / S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
 
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SAP HANA database administration experience.
  • 8+ years of SAP NetWeaver Basis administration across ABAP and Java stacks.
  • 5+ years of enterprise SAP operations, including on-call support, system monitoring, and incident management.
  • Strong experience with HANA performance tuning, System Replication, backup and recovery, patching, and upgrades.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SAP migration, upgrade, OS/DB migration, or S/4HANA conversion experience.
  • 2+ years of SAP landscape administration on AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
  • SAP HANA or SAP NetWeaver System Administration certifications.
  • Experience with SAP RISE, SAP NS2, S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Solution Manager, or SAP Focused Run.
  • Experience with AWS GovCloud, public-sector environments, OpenText, SAP BW, CRM, or GRC.
