SAP Sucessfactor consultant

he ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a proven track record in reporting and analytics. This role is critical in helping our organization leverage data to drive decision-making and improve business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Story Reports and Dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead the migration and conversion of existing Canvas/Table reports to Story Reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements related to reporting.

Mandatory Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Reporting Certification (valid certification and proof required)
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (valid certification and proof required)
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Story Reports and Dashboards.
• Experience in migration and conversion from Canvas/Table reports to Story Reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules beyond SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
