[1] [2]Mandatory Experience and Delivery CapabilitiesCandidates must be certified consultants with at least 23 end-to-end Employee Central implementation experiences| including Employee Central Time Off implementation. The role also calls for strong project-management capability| communication skills| and experience managing large projects. SuccessFactors certification is not required for the project-management aspect| although experience managing Talent or Human Resources projects is preferred.The expected delivery approach emphasizes: Precise tactical execution of day-to-day delivery activities. Workflows| alerts| business rules| custom email notifications| and custom letter generation. Event reason derivation. Role-Based Permissions| including groups and roles based on country-specific and other criteria. Global assignments and concurrent employment. Foundation objects| HRIS elements| HRIS synchronization mapping| standard and background elements| and dynamic filters.Time| Employee| and Workforce ManagementRequired knowledge includes Time Off and leave-of-absence configuration| time types| time profiles| and absence management. Candidates should also be able to configure custom Hire templates with custom sections| contingent workers with work orders and vendors| dependent management| addresses| work permits| and global and personal information blocks.
