Job Description:
We are seeking an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors ECP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ECP and a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and supportSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
- Participate inend-to-end ECP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Configure payroll processes and ensure integration betweenEmployee Central and ECP.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP ECP solutions.
- Support payroll testing, issue resolution, data validation, and production activities.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, integration, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for ECP-related issues.
