SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking for an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise across one or more SuccessFactors modules and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules according to client business requirements
• Analyze existing HR processes and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including design, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules
• Provide guidance on best practices for SAP SuccessFactors configuration and usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration and data integrity
• Prepare documentation, including functional specifications and process designs
• Conduct workshops and training sessions with client stakeholders
• Assist in the migration and integration of data across SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize functionality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) and SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors (+ Winston)
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM&GM) and Learning (LMS)
• Background in SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
• Proficiency in Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• Familiarity with HR business processes and best practices across talent management functions
• Understanding of system integration principles between multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
