Role Descriptions: Understand business requirements| functional specifications| and process designs.Prepare comprehensive test strategies| test plans| test scenarios| and test scripts.Execute Manual Testing for new enhancements| projects| releases| and support activities.Perform Functional| Integration| System Integration Testing (SIT)| Regression Testing| and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.Validate Recruiting-to-Onboarding and Onboarding-to-Employee Central business processes.Ensure complete coverage of end-to-end hire-to-retire and recruit-to-hire processes.Communicate testing progress| risks| issues| and mitigation plans effectively.Support business users during UAT workshops and test cycles.
Essential Skills: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA / Test Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while owning end-to-end testing activities across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting| Onboarding| Employee Central (EC) integrations| and SmartRecruiters solutions.The candidate will be responsible for designing test strategies| creating test scenarios and scripts| executing test cycles| automating regression suites| managing defects| and ensuring high-quality delivery for business-critical HR and Talent Acquisition processes.
