Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant, with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
• At least 1+ end-to-end implementation experience in Compensation Management / Variable Pay.
• Strong experience in configuring Compensation Management and Variable Pay based on global business requirements.
• Ability to handle country-specific compensation requirements and configurations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, XSL, XML, and custom statements.
• Strong expertise in configuring guidelines, building complex business rules, configuring budget rules, lookup tables, route maps, and reward statements.
• Strong experience in developing and configuring Employee Central-integrated Compensation solutions.
• Expertise in integration between Performance Management, Employee Central, and Calibration.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation processes, configurations, and integrations.
