Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors reporting experience, including Report Center, Story Reports, Table Reports, Canvas Reports, dashboards, or tiles.

• Experience gathering reporting requirements and translating them into report designs, specifications, and testable deliverables.

• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data structures, reporting schemas, permissions, target populations, and data privacy considerations.

• Experience creating queries, filters, calculated columns, charts, tables, formatted pages, and scheduled report outputs.

• Ability to validate report results, reconcile data discrepancies, and troubleshoot reporting access or data visibility issues.

• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post-go-live reporting stabilization.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently on complex reporting deliverables while coordinating with the workstream lead.

• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.
