SAP SF Compensation

• Lead end-to-end enhancements, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Configure and maintain Compensation and Variable Pay templates, worksheets, compensation statements, budgets, guidelines, pay matrices, eligibility rules, and planner hierarchies to meet business requirements.
• Manage integrations with Employee Central, ensuring accurate employee, organizational, performance, and compensation data is available for compensation and bonus planning processes.
• Perform system testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, data validation, release management, and production support to ensure solution quality and stability.
• Configure and support Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and approval processes, while preparing functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and end-user documentation.
