Experience Range: 8-10 years
Our client is seeking an experiencedSAP Security / IAM Consultant to support user access provisioning, role management, and identity governance activities across the enterprise.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Support SAP user provisioning, role assignments, and access request fulfillment across the enterprise
- Manage identity and access governance activities, including role-based access control (RBAC) implementation and maintenance
- Ensure least privilege principles and segregation of duties (SoD) compliance across SAP systems
- Troubleshoot access issues and resolve authorization conflicts in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and validate access control solutions
- LeverageSAP GRC and access governance tools to monitor, audit, and optimize user permissions
- Design and document SAP authorization models aligned with security policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide recommendations on access control improvements and security best practices
- 8–10 years of experience inSAP security, identity management, or related IAM disciplines
- Deep expertise inSAP user provisioning, role assignments, andSAP authorization models
- Proven knowledge ofRBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties (SoD), and access governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience withSAP GRC and enterprise access governance tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for access and authorization issues
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
- Experience in the utilities or energy industry is highly preferred
- W2 employment eligibility required
