Must Have

  1. 4+ years of SAP SD experience
  2. StrongAMS/Application Support and ticket handling experience.
  3. Expertise inOrder-to-Cash (OTC), Sales Orders, Delivery, and Billing.
  4. Hands-on experience inPricing andCredit Management.
  5. Strong knowledge ofIDOC Processing, EDI, and Output Management.
  6. Experience inIncident, Service Request, Problem & Change Management.
  7. Configuration and support experience inSAP SD.
  8. Good exposure toSAP S/4HANA Sales processes.

Good to Have

  1. ABAP Debugging, LSMW, Job Monitoring/Scheduling.
  2. Cross-functional exposure toMM, FICO, PP, APO, GTS, WM along with Third-Party, Consignment, Returns, and STO processes.
