Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a SAP S/4HANA PTR - Business Readiness Lead / Consultant for their Dearborn, MI location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead business readiness for SAP module launch, including process walkthroughs, impact assessment, UAT coordination, stakeholder readiness, training inputs and cutover adoption activities.
  • Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams and program governance stakeholders to close launch risks, dependencies and open decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation, test evidence, cutover inputs, issue logs, readiness checkpoints and launch sign-off materials.
  • Drive defect triage and resolution coordination during SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal, cutover and post-launch stabilization windows.
  • The PTR - Business Readiness role will support the launch of SAP/System capabilities for the IERP program.
  • The role focuses on readiness, delivery execution, validation and go-live coordination so that the assigned module or technical component can launch with controlled risks and clear ownership.

  • Experience     
  • 12+ years
  • Required skill set:
  • SAP Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness skills include expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Record-to-Report processes, period-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • The role requires strong capabilities in business process readiness, data validation, UAT/testing, change management, user training, and cutover planning
  • Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, governance, and post-go-live hypercare support is essential to ensure accurate financial operations and successful ERP adoption.
