Location: Normal, IL (Onsite – Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experiencedSAP RTR (Record-to-Report) FICO Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA Finance operations within a fast-growing Automotive EV manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inSAP FI-CO configuration, manufacturing finance, and S/4HANA implementations, with deep understanding of financial close processes and product costing.

This role requires fullonsite presence in Normal, IL.

Core Responsibilities

🔹 SAP FI-CO Implementation & Support

• Provide functional and configuration support acrossGL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis

• Configure and supportSAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules

• Troubleshoot and resolve RTR-related system issues

🔹 Record-to-Report (R2R) Execution

• Supportmonthly and quarterly financial close processes

• Manage reconciliations, accruals, allocations, and intercompany transactions

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards

🔹 Manufacturing & Product Costing

• ManageCOGI, Material Ledger, and Product Costing

• Integrate cost accounting withProduction Planning (PP) andProcurement (MM)

• Support cost rollups and manufacturing variance analysis

🔹 Business Requirements & Design

• Translate business requirements intofunctional design documents

• Conductconfiguration, testing, and UAT support

• Drive process optimization initiatives across finance and manufacturing

🔹 Cross-Module Integration

• Work closely withMM, SD, and PP modules

• Ensure seamless integration between finance and supply chain systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI-CO configuration experience inS/4HANA

• Strong expertise inRecord-to-Report (RTR) processes

• Deep knowledge ofmanufacturing finance & cost accounting

• Understanding ofGAAP/IFRS compliance

• Experience in SAP integration withMM, SD, PP

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
