Job Description
Drive comprehensive project management activities within the Project Management skill cluster family.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.
Implement and maintain quality management processes to uphold project standards.
Oversee scope and change management to control project deliverables and minimize scope creep.
Coordinate schedule management to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises to safeguard project objectives.
Support resource allocation and utilization to optimize project team performance.
Assist in project planning activities to define project timelines and
Contribute to project financial management by monitoring budgets and controlling costs.
Uphold project governance standards to ensure compliance with organizational policies
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives facilitating communication and collaboration across diverse teams. Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and control project scope managing change requests effectively to prevent scope creep.
Develop maintain and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines and accommodate changes.
Conduct risk assessments develop mitigation strategies and respond promptly to crises.
Coordinate with resource managers to allocate and manage project personnel efficiently.
Prepare and review project plans schedules and financial reports.
Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and compliance requirements
