Capgemini is looking for an experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SAP QM implementation, support, and integration with other SAP modules. The role involves working with global clients in diverse industries to design, configure, and deploy SAP QM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Implementation & Support: Configure and implement SAP QM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Quality Process Integration: Work closely with SAP MM, PP, PM, and WM teams to ensure seamless integration of QM processes.
- Quality Control & Inspection: Design inspection plans, quality notifications, control charts, and defect management.
- SAP S/4HANA Migration: Support clients in their SAP S/4HANA transition by optimizing QM functionalities.
- Business Requirement Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to analyse business needs and design customized SAP QM solutions.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP QM processes.
- User Training & Documentation: Provide user training, create documentation, and support key users in troubleshooting.
- Incident & Change Management: Handle change requests, perform system enhancements, and manage ticket resolution.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP QM (Quality Management).
- Strong expertise in quality inspection, notifications, audit management, and batch management.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA QM implementation and support.
- Good knowledge of quality planning, control, and certificates of analysis (COA).
- Understanding of SAP QM integration with SAP MM, PP, WM, and PM modules.
- Experience with IDOCs, BAPIs, User Exits, and Enhancements is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- SAP S/4HANA QM Certification is a plus.
- Experience in pharma, automotive, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance (ISO, GMP, FDA, etc.).
Capgemini is looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the SAP Production Planning (PP) module, including implementation, support, and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PP (Production Planning) solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions for demand management, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
- Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, WM, and QM modules for seamless manufacturing execution.
- Provide end-to-end support for production planning processes, including master data management, BOM, routings, work centres, and production orders.
- Assist in SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems.
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support key users in troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom enhancements (ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus).
- Work in an agile environment, handling incident management, change requests, and system optimizations.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP PP implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Demand Management, PPPI - Prod Planning Process Industry, Discrete & Repetitive Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP and integration with other modules.
- Good understanding of IDOCs, BAPIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.
- Experience with production execution, batch management, and shop floor control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
- Experience in PP-PI (Process Industry) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) integration.
- Experience in CAPEX and OPEX project methodologies.
