Pay Range: $55 - $62/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experiencedSenior SAP IS-Retail Functional Consultant with8–10 years of experience in SAP Retail and strong knowledge of retail business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withArticle Master Data, Listing & Assortments, Pricing, Retail Procurement, and Merchandise Management, along with integration knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and FICO.

The candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyze retail requirements, configure SAP IS-Retail solutions, support integrations, and provide production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzeretail business processes and requirements and translate them into effective SAP IS-Retail solutions.
• Configure and support SAP IS-Retail functionality, including:
  • Article Master Data
  • Merchandise Management
  • Listing & Assortments
  • Pricing & Promotions
  • Retail Procurement
  • Assortment Planning
• Work with integration points acrossSAP MM, SD, and FICO.
• Support integration between SAP Retail andPOS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Manage retail master data includingarticles, sites, assortments, and related data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend functional solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development and enhancements.
• Performunit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Participate in process improvements, enhancements, and SAP Retail implementation/support projects.
• Work closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and other SAP functional teams.

Required Skills

SAP IS-Retail / Functional

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP Retail / SAP IS-Retail.
• Strong knowledge ofSAP IS-Retail business processes.
• Hands-on experience withArticle Master Data.
• Strong understanding ofListing & Assortments.
• Experience withPricing Procedures and Promotions.
• Experience withRetail Procurement.
• Knowledge ofMerchandise Management (MM) and Assortment Planning.

Integration

• Strong understanding of integration withSAP MM (Materials Management).
• Knowledge ofSAP SD (Sales & Distribution) integration.
• Familiarity withSAP FICO integration.
• Experience supportingPOS integration is preferred.

Technical

• BasicABAP debugging knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of SAP interfaces and integration concepts.

Retail Domain

• Strong understanding of:
