Job Purpose and primary objectives:
 Implementation: Configure & Deploy SAP HCM modules based on business requirements.
 Support: provide post-go-live, diagnose, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system functionality.
 Analyse & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirement, estimate effort & design high-quality innovative HCM solutions.
 Customization: Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements and coordinate with technical teams.
 Documentation & Training: Prepare user manuals & conduct training sessions for end users.
 Upgrades & maintenance: Efficient in system upgrades, testing & patch management.
 Experienced professional with strong understanding of HR processes & HCM architecture & proven record in implementation.
 Excellent problem solving and communication skills, collaborative.
 Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
 Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Key responsibilities
Business Process Analysis: Analyze current HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure that SAP solutions align with organizational goals.
• System Implementation and Configuration: Manage the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM modules, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, and employee self-service, based on business requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training to HR staff and end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices, ensuring effective use of the system.
• Data Management: Oversee data integrity and compliance within SAP HCM systems, ensuring accurate payroll processing and reporting.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements as needed.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and training materials.
• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies. Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards
