Role Descriptions: 1. 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and support. 2. Experience in end-to-end implementation| configuration| testing| deployment| and support of SAP HCM Payroll and ECP solutions. 4. Strong knowledge of Employee Central to ECP replication using standard SAP replication frameworks. 5. Experience in Employee and Business Partner (EE-BP) synchronization and workforce integration processes within SAP S/4HANA. 6. Hands-on experience in HR master data management| personnel actions| organizational assignments| employee lifecycle management| and payroll integration processes. 7. Strong understanding of payroll posting to Finance (FI)| posting configuration| symbolic accounts| wage type mapping| and reconciliation processes. 8. Experience in configuring and supporting payroll control center activities| payroll validation| payroll reconciliation| and payroll operations. 9. Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management integration| work schedules| absence and attendance processing| and payroll impact analysis. 10.
