SAP HCM Consultant with Benefits Module

About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedSAP HCM ECC Benefits Lead with strong hands-on configuration expertise to support ongoing HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation ofBenefits Administration withinSAP ECC HCM, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration ofSAP HCM Benefits module (Health, Insurance, Savings, and Flexible Spending Plans).

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Manage testing, defect resolution, and production support for Benefits processes.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Time Management teams to ensure seamless integration.

• Provide system documentation, user training, and functional specifications for enhancements.

• Participate in workshops, design sessions, and cutover activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP HCM functional experience with at least3+ years focused on Benefits configuration.

• Strong understanding ofBenefits Plans, Eligibility, and Enrollment processing.

• Hands-on experience inOpen Enrollment, Life Events, and Benefits Interface management.

• Knowledge ofintegration with Payroll and Time Management modules.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience withSAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA HCM compatibility pack preferred.
