Position:              SAP HANA Consultant      

Location:              India (Remote)

Employment:      Full Time (EOR through Deel)

Reports to:          Delivery Manager, SAP Practice

Position Overview: Understand and design S/4 HANA CDS Views. Provide technical design and support for North America based utility clients of VertexOne. Collaborate with the client and NA team members to gather requirements, develop and deploy solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

S/4HANA

• S/4 HANA CDS views design using HANA Studio/Eclipse Expertise:
  • Create packages, CDS views, AMDP, SQLScript
  • Variables and Restricted calculated fields in CDS Views.
  • Good with VDM concepts
  • Familiar with SAP-ISU Standard CDS views

SAP HANA:

• SAP HANA Modeling using HANA Studio Expertise:
  • Create packages, Attribute views, Analytic views, Calculation views
  • Variables and Restricted Measures created & used in Analytic views.
• Using SQL Editor in SAP HANA Studio:
  • Create schemas, tables (row & column storage) & procedures as well as Data Modeling
  • Create Scripts, complex Stored Procedures in HANA studio
• Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of authorization & access privilege management for users
  • Knowledge of creating roles using HANA Studio
• Hands on experience on SAP Reporting tools like FIORI, Lumira and/or BOBJ.

Additional skills:

• Knowledge of 3rd Party Reporting tools like Tableau and/or Qlikview would be an added advantage.
• SAP HANA certification would be an added advantage.
• Experience in SAP BI 7.0 would be an added advantage

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 
• At least 3+ years of experience in SAP HANA
• Should have minimum of one full life-cycle implementation and/or production support experience
• Should have mature inter-personnel and communication skills, both written and oral

Additional Requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Word and Excel, incident management tools.
• Conceptual understanding of relational databases technology.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud computing.
• Can work under minimum supervision, good time management and work planning
