SAP GRC PC

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA GRC Process Control, including a minimum of 4 years of experience in Process Controls.

• Strong SAP functional knowledge of business processes or modules, preferably Finance and Order-to-Cash.

• Experience in SAP Process Control to streamline compliance, monitor risks, and automate controls within SAP S/4HANA systems.

• Ability to design and assess SAP S/4HANA controls, identify gaps, and recommend automation improvements.

• Functional knowledge of key business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.

• Experience in creating control narratives is an added advantage.

• Ability to establish control effectiveness through positive and negative testing.

• Experience in end-to-end implementation across all key phases, including Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-Live, and Support.

• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, including Service Design and Service Transition.

• Strong documentation skills and the ability to maintain detailed records of development changes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of developing GRC reports using SAP HANA views.

• Familiarity with RPA tools for automating GRC activities.

• Knowledge of Signavio processes.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control considerations into broader project objectives.
