- User and Access Management (SAP IDM & Security):
- Design, define, modify, and document SAP security roles and profiles for new and existing business functionality, adhering to best practices.
- Manage central user administration (CUA) for the SAP landscape using SAP IDM, including automated provisioning based on HR triggers or workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access and authorization issues in various SAP modules (FI, MM, HR, etc.).
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC):
- Implement and manage the SAP GRC Access Control (AC) module to perform SoD analysis, conduct access reviews, and manage risk mitigation controls.
- Support periodic access reviews and role certification processes.
- Work with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Translate functional security requirements into authorization designs while maintaining SoD compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP security, including role design, user administration, and authorization management.
- Hands-on experience with the implementation and support of SAP GRC Access Control.
- Experience with SAP IDM (Identity Management) for central user provisioning and identity lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.) and experience with security audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
