Job Description:

· We’re Finding Better WaysTM to deliver one of largest digital transformations and are looking for an SAP Fiori / UI5 Developer (ABAP, BTP) to help move our ERP landscape to SAP S/4HANA safely and confidently.

· Own end to end fix delivery — from analysis and unit test evidence to compliant, transport-controlled deployment.

· 12-month contract with possibility to extend.

· Montreal location preferred. Also open to remote candidates in Toronto who would be open to travel to Montreal as needed.

Position description:

· Role family SAP Fiori/UI5 development, ABAP and BTP extension remediation

· Programme context S/4HANA and BTP migration supporting custom code, extensions and user-facing technical defects.

· Primary phase: Phase 1 mobilisation through SIT/SIT2, cutover rehearsal and hypercare.

· Location model: Regional hub aligned to Montreal/North America timezone coverage.

· Primary interfaces: Tech Platform Lead, BASIS/BTP, Integration, Security, Accenture Development, Functional teams, QA and SMEs.

· Programme phase: SIT to hypercare

· Primary value: Application and custom code remediation

Position purpose:

· Provide regional SAP Fiori/UI5 development capability across ABAP and BTP extension components to accelerate analysis and remediation of technical defects.

Core accountabilities:

· Triage and resolve defects involving UI5/Fiori, ABAP logic, enhancements, forms, reports and extension points.

· Determine whether resolution sits in code, configuration, data, access, integration or environment.

· Design safe fixes aligned to release controls, transport process and quality standards.

· Prepare code remediation, unit test evidence and deployment support for approved fixes.

· Support hypercare diagnosis and transition to operate teams.

Key deliverables:

· Technical defect analysis notes and fix recommendations.

· Code remediation and unit test evidence for approved fixes.

· Workaround assessment for unresolved defects affecting gate or cutover readiness.

· Hypercare support notes and transition information.

Skills and experience:

· SAP ABAP experience and S/4HANA custom code remediation knowledge.

· SAP UI5/Fiori experience including OData and front end troubleshooting.

· Practical experience with SAP BTP extension concepts, services and deployment patterns.

· Experience under formal defect, release, transport and test governance.

· Must be bilingual (French & English). Additionally fluent in Spanish would be advantageous.

Success measures:

· Priority defects are analys:ed promptly and routed to the correct fix path.

· Approved fixes are delivered with evidence and release compliance.

· Development support reduces regional defect ageing and improves turnaround.
