SAP Fieldglass – End-to-End Implementation Consultant

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understandcontingent workforce, Statement of Work (SOW), and external workforce management requirements.
• Configure SAP Fieldglass modules and workflows based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Design and implementworkflows, approval processes, user roles, permissions, rate structures, business rules, notifications, and master data.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for integrations withSAP ERP/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, HR systems, procurement systems, identity management, and third-party applications.
• Support integration design using appropriate SAP Fieldglass integration capabilities, including APIs and file-based interfaces.
• Lead data migration activities, includingdata mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and executeSIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify and resolve functional issues, integration defects, and production incidents.
• Prepare implementation documentation, configuration workbooks, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documents.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, integration teams, business users, vendors, and other technology teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Providepost-go-live support, stabilization, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass consulting/implementation, with experience in at least one full end-to-end implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience withSAP Fieldglass configuration and administration.
• Good understanding ofContingent Workforce Management, SOW, Services Procurement, and/or Direct Hireprocesses.
• Experience with Fieldglass workflows, approvals, business rules, security, master data, and reporting.
• Strong understanding ofintegration concepts, APIs, file-based integrations, and enterprise system interfaces.
• Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass withSAP S/4HANA/ERP, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR/procurement platforms is preferred.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, defect management, and deployment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation activities across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Fieldglass certification or relevant SAP Fieldglass training.
• Experience working onglobal rollouts, multi-country implementations, or large enterprise transformations.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and enterprise middleware such asSAP Integration Suite/CPI.
• Experience with Agile and/or SAP Activate implementation methodologies.
