We are seeking an experiencedSAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP FSM solutions focused on optimizing field service operations, workforce scheduling, dispatching, service execution, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations.
• Design and configure SAP FSM solutions.
• ConfigurePlanning and Dispatching.
• ConfigureService Call Management.
• ConfigureWorkflows, Smartforms, and Checklists.
• Support theSAP FSM Mobile Field Service Application.
• ConfigureTime and Expense Management.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP FSM implementation projects.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience withSAP Field Service Management (FSM).
• Experience with field service planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
• Experience with SAP FSM workflows, Smartforms, and checklists.
• Experience with SAP FSM mobile applications.
• Knowledge of service call management and field service processes.
• Experience with time and expense management.
• Strong requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience participating in end-to-end SAP FSM implementations.
