About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedSAP FICO Lead / Solution Architect to support global SAP S/4HANA implementations, financial integrations, and business process improvements.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise inSAP Intercompany Processes, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and SAP FSCM. The ideal candidate will have experience working in global manufacturing or multinational environments and collaborating with international finance and IT teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP FI/CO solution design, configuration, implementations, and global rollouts.
• Configure and supportintercompany processes, including Stock Transport Orders (STO), intercompany sales, and drop-ship scenarios.
• ManageSAP Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Product Costing (CO-PC), and inventory valuation.
• Configure and supportSAP FSCM functionality and integration with finance processes.
• Support integration across SAP FI, CO, MM, and SD modules.
• Lead SAP finance integrations for mergers, acquisitions, and system migrations.
• Support global finance operations, including European accounting, VAT/GST, and international banking processes.
• Troubleshoot complex SAP configuration, costing, and financial reporting issues.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, finance teams, and external implementation partners.

Required Qualifications

Candidates MUST have hands-on experience in all three areas:

1. SAP Intercompany Processes: STO, intercompany sales, and drop-ship scenarios.
2. SAP Material Ledger & Actual Costing: Configuration, product costing, inventory valuation, and period-end closing.
3. SAP FSCM: Configuration, implementation, or functional support of Financial Supply Chain Management.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong SAP FI/CO configuration and implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or global rollouts.
• Knowledge of FI/CO integration with MM and SD.
• Experience supporting complex financial processes in global business environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or multinational business environments.
• European financial operations and international accounting requirements.
• SAP Treasury, DME/XML payment files, and banking integrations.
• Vertex, Concur, and tax automation solutions.
• M&A integrations, data migrations, and financial process improvements.
• Experience leading SAP projects and working with offshore teams.
