Mandatory skills
• Incident Management: Receive, analyze, and resolve SAP FICO incidents within SLA timelines; troubleshoot issues across FI and CO sub-modules; document resolutions and maintain a knowledge base to address recurring issues efficiently
• Problem Management: Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents; coordinate with SAP support via SAP for Me where software defects are identified; apply SAP Notes or patches and proactively engage stakeholders to implement permanent fixes
• Enhancement Delivery: Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements; prepare functional specifications; manage change requests through the full lifecycle (requirement → design → build → test → transport → go-live) in line with the Change Management Process
• Core FI Skills: Hands-on configuration and support across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Bank Accounting; strong understanding of FI organizational structures including Company Code, Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Year Variant, Document Types, and Ledger concepts in S/4HANA
• Core CO Skills: Proficiency in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), CO-PA, and cost element configuration; deep understanding of cost flow from FI G/L accounts to CO cost objects and period-end closing activities
• BPC Planning Expertise: Experience with SAP BPC Optimized for S/4HANA Finance (Integrated Business Planning for Finance), including planning workbook configuration, plan data storage in ACDOCP, and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud for cost center, profit center, and P&L planning
• Product Costing & eDoc Expertise: Hands-on experience in CO-PC covering standard cost estimates, cost component structures, WIP calculation, variance analysis, and settlement; ability to support and troubleshoot the SAP eDocument framework for electronic invoicing and country-specific legal compliance requirements
• Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 5–7 years of SAP FICO functional experience with at least 2–3 years in an AMS or support environment; at least one full end-to-end implementation; strong knowledge of FI/CO integration with MM, SD, and PP; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT
• Tools & Certifications: Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager – CHARM/Incident Management), SAP for Me for support case management, and transport management processes; SAP Certified Application Associate in S/4HANA Financial or Management Accounting preferred
