SAP FICO Consultant (6-8 Years Experience)

Experience of 6-8 years in working with SAP FICO. The first two sections are mandatory, while sections three and four are desired. Experience in S/4HANA migration is required.

Feature Development & Enhancement

Execute feature improvements to existing FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA based on assigned business requirements.

Work on integrations with other SAP functional areas such as MM, SD, PP, HR, BI, and related modules.

Configure and customize SAP FICO modules according to business and technical specifications.

Analyze business requirements and implement appropriate SAP configuration solutions.

Conduct gap analysis between current ECC functionality and S/4HANA capabilities and recommend suitable solutions.

RICEF Development & Reporting

Design, develop, and validate complex financial RICEF objects.

Develop standardized reporting solutions aligned with local regulatory requirements across multiple countries.

Perform testing and validation to ensure reports meet business and compliance requirements.

S/4HANA Migration Execution (Desired)

Execute technical design, configuration, and migration activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation from ECC.

Support data mapping, transformation, and validation activities across multiple geographies.

Execute data migration activities and validation protocols as defined in the migration strategy.

Document migration configurations, data mappings, and operational procedures.

Technical Execution & Documentation (Desired)

Create detailed technical specifications and configuration documents.

Document configuration decisions, test results, implementation notes, and support materials.

Provide technical support during UAT, cutover, and go-live phases.

Deliver comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts to ensure smooth transition to support teams.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA.

Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

Strong knowledge of RICEF objects, financial reporting, integrations, testing, and documentation.

Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, HR, and BI.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
