Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze and resolve VIM-related issues (workflow errors, DP document failures, ICC/OCR exceptions).
- Provide root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor VIM queues, DP documents, and approval workflows.
- Handle escalations from Accounts Payable and Procurement teams.
- Perform minor configuration changes (roles, rules, approval limits).
- Maintain VIM process types, exception handling, and escalation logic.
- Troubleshoot integration between VIM and SAP FI/MM modules.
- Support ICC/OCR components and document archiving.
- Guide end-users on invoice processing, exception handling, and workflow approvals.
- Prepare and update user manuals and SOPs.
- Identify recurring issues and propose process enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for system upgrades.
- Hands-on experience in SAP VIM support (OpenText VIM 7.x or higher).
- Knowledge of SAP FI/MM processes and Procure-to-Pay cycle.
- Familiarity with ICC/OCR, DP document lifecycle, and workflow troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for issue analysis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
