Location: San Francisco, CA or North Carolina (Hybrid)
Work Setup: Hybrid; candidate must be local to San Francisco or North Carolina, though much of the work is remote.

POSITION OVERVIEW This role supports Project Apollo, a high-priority SAP S/4HANA rollout for Roche, a global leader in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. As part of the H&PS (Health & Public Service) team, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology to improve patient outcomes through streamlined supply chain operations.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze and design organizational processes and systems within the SAP EWM environment.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive process maps and documentation illustrating current and future state processes.
  • Identify specific opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to support the implementation of defined solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
TOP 3 REQUIRED SKILLS
  1. SAP EWM (Advanced) – 10+ years
  2. SAP S/4HANA for Pharma – 10+ years
  3. Business Process Analysis/Design – 10+ years

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in Extended Warehouse Management with a deep pedigree in the Pharmaceutical industry. You should possess the executive presence to lead workshops and the technical granularity to design complex S/4HANA solutions, operating effectively in a hybrid, fast-paced rollout environment.
