Key Responsibilities

• SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), with a focus on Equipment Master Data creation and maintenance.
• Manage equipment hierarchies and structures, including parent-child functional locations, assembly structures, and maintenance plants.
• Maintain technical and manufacturer data, including manufacturer details, model numbers, serial numbers, construction year, weight, acquisition value, and vendor information.
• Manage equipment lifecycle and status transitions, including installation, dismantling, activation, and deactivation activities.
• Ensure data quality and governance by resolving master data synchronization issues, duplicate serial numbers, incorrect cost center assignments, and hierarchy inconsistencies.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM, particularly within automotive logistics processes.
• Support VIN generation and VIN genealogy processes; related experience is an advantage.
• Collaborate with MES systems to integrate vehicle genealogy data.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Configure SAP solutions and support RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow) as well as data migration activities.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, support go-live activities, and resolve configuration-related issues.
• Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support project objectives.
