SAP ECC HCM with Payroll Configuration -

We are seeking an experiencedSAP HCM Payroll Configuration Consultant to support ongoing HR and Payroll transformation initiatives within SAP ECC.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inU.S. Payroll configuration, integration, and end-to-end testing — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and supportSAP ECC Payroll processes, including schemas, rules, wage types, and off-cycle payrolls.

• Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable SAP Payroll solutions.

• Manageyear-end processing, tax updates, and payroll interface integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams acrossTime, Benefits, and Finance modules.

• Troubleshoot payroll issues, support testing cycles, and drive defect resolution.

• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support post-go-live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience inSAP HCM Payroll configuration (U.S. Payroll required).

• Strong knowledge ofschemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, and payroll results analysis.

• Experience withintegration between Payroll, Time, and Benefits modules.

• Familiar withBLS, Garnishments, Tax Reporter, and Off-Cycle Payroll.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Experience withSAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA HCM compatibility pack preferred.
