About The Job:

• Analytics Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) & Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) Application Engineer
• We are seeking experienced professionals to join a global ERP organization supporting SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) solutions.
• The role involves working within Agile ERP scrum teams to develop, maintain, optimize, and support SAP asset management solutions across global business operations.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP EAM expertise, production support experience, configuration knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement through automation and integration.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform troubleshooting, analysis, coordination, and resolution of production issues across SAP EAM and IAM environments.
• Collaborate closely with Business Partners to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Understand and support SAP EAM and IAM capabilities aligned with critical asset maintenance business processes and KPIs.
• Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions to meet business requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Develop foundational technical capabilities in areas such as:
  • ABAP code analysis
  • Low-code development
  • SAP Security
  • Continuous Integration
  • Automation
• Partner with developers to design, develop, and implement custom or complex SAP solutions.
• Analyze, plan, and execute system testing activities to validate solution effectiveness.
• Manage and support deployment of enhancements and solutions into production environments.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting assistance, and ad-hoc training when required.
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional expertise when needed.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience supporting SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM) within SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Asset Management and Preventive Maintenance processes using SAP EAM.
• Strong expertise in SAP EAM configuration.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
• Knowledge of integrations with SAP modules such as:
  • Materials Management (MM)
  • Financial Accounting (FI)
  • Controlling (CO)
• Understanding of ITIL-based service management practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager.
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing:
  • SAP S/4HANA EAM
  • Master Data Governance (MDG)
  • SAP EAM Extensions such as Utopia
• Strong configuration and functional expertise within Enterprise Asset Management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong results orientation.
• Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients within the Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA across at least 2–3 implementation, maintenance, or support projects.
• Experience working across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Experience with:
  • SAP upgrades
  • Add-on installations
  • HANA Scale-Out environments
  • Multi-tenant database architectures

Work Schedule

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• OR
• 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
