· We’re Finding Better WaysTM to deliver one of largest digital transformations and are looking for a SAP Deployment / Cutover Coordinator to help move our ERP landscape to SAP S/4HANA safely and confidently.

Position description:

· SAP Deployment / Cutover Coordinator

· Role family SAP deployment and cutover tracking, communications, action management and execution support

· Programme context S/4HANA and BTP migration supporting regional cutover command and hypercare transition.

· Primary phase: Phase 2 cutover command through cutover execution and hypercare stabilisation.

· Location model: Regional hub aligned to Montreal/North America timezone coverage.

· Primary interfaces: SAP Cutover Lead, Tech Platform Lead, Accenture, PMO, QA, Security, BASIS/BTP, Integration, third party coordinators and SMEs.

· Programme phase: Cutover to hypercare

· Primary value: Cutover control, action tracking and communications

Position purpose:

· Provide structured SAP deployment and cutover coordination so tasks, issues, actions, evidence and communications remain controlled, current and visible.

Core accountabilities:

· Maintain the regional cutover task tracker, action log, contact list, dependency register and escalation record.

· Coordinate cadence, status collection, issue updates and follow-up actions during command.

· Track completion evidence for critical technical tasks and handover activities.

· Support communications to regional stakeholders, vendors and programme leadership.

· Capture decisions and action outcomes accurately for auditability and lessons learned.

Key Deliverables:

· Regional cutover control pack with action log, issue log, dependency tracker and contact matrix.

· Cutover notes, decision log and escalation summary.

· Status updates for regional command and leadership forums.

· Hypercare transition tracker and residual action list.

Skills and Experience:

· Programme coordination experience in SAP deployment, technical cutover, testing or command centre settings.

· Excellent attention to detail and control discipline.

· Clear written communication and stakeholder follow-up.

· Working understanding of SAP, BTP, integration, testing, defect and cutover terminology.

· Success measures

· Cutover command information remains accurate and trusted.

· Actions and issues have clear owners and follow-through.

· Leadership updates reflect the true regional position without unnecessary noise
